Company health reports

If you have more than 10 employees who take the health and well-being assessment, a comprehensive report will be produced for you that will highlight key health issues. It does not include any personal data, but will highlight issues that are common to those employees, for instance if they are not taking enough exercise or need to improve their diet.

The report gives you the opportunity to act on key health and well-being issues to improve employee productivity without having to use any personal or individual information, offering advice on initiatives you can run to encourage staff to exercise more and eat healthier food.

As the report has no personal individual data, everyone's confidentiality is absolutely respected.

How do you get a report for your company?

There will be certain times when we encourage you to ask your employees to take the general health & well-being assessment on the Health & Well-being site; these are the data collection periods. In order to maintain the anonymity of your employees' data, you will not be sent a report unless 10 or more of your insured employees take the assessment within the data collection period.

When are the data collection periods?

Data collection periods start on date of inception or renewal of your company PMI policy, lasting 3 months from this date. Therefore, insured employees will have up to 3 months from this date to complete the assessment.

When will you receive the report?

The report will be posted to you at the end of the data collection period, as long as 10 or more of your insured employees have completed the health & well-being assessment during the 3 month time period.
